At Raw Batana Oil, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us before sending any item back — we do not accept unsolicited returns.
How to Request a Return
Email us at service@rawbatanaoil.com with: (1) your order number, (2) the reason for your return, and (3) photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging with all labels and seals intact
- Not damaged, altered, or washed
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Please note: Due to the nature of our product (personal care oil), opened or used items cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@rawbatanaoil.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — return shipping will be covered by us in these cases.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items returned without prior authorization from our team
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
