At Raw Batana Oil, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains your rights and options if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Important: Do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving written authorization. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at service@rawbatanaoil.com with the following:

Your order number
The reason for your return
Clear photos of the item (required if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

✅ Unopened and unused
✅ In its original packaging with all labels, seals, and shrink wrap intact
✅ Not damaged, altered, or contaminated
✅ Return requested within 30 days of the delivery date
✅ Return authorized in writing by our team before shipment

Note: Due to the personal care nature of our product, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are confirmed defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at service@rawbatanaoil.com
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
We will offer a full replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the outcome
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment are eligible for a full refund
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
After receiving a shipped order, you may request a return following the process above, subject to eligibility

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products (unless confirmed defective or incorrect)
Items returned without prior written authorization from our team
Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
Items that show signs of damage, alteration, or use not caused by a manufacturing defect

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
